Plot

When the Duke of Vienna mysteriously departs, strict enforcer Angelo takes control, leading to dire consequences for Claudio, condemned to death for engaging in premarital relations. Desperate to save her brother, Isabella, a novice nun, approaches Angelo, only to be met with a shocking proposition: her brother's freedom in exchange for her own virtue. Her only ally is a priest who, unbeknownst to her, is the disguised Duke, who devises a clever scheme to restore order and justice in the corrupt city. Tension escalates as morality and power clash.
