Blending reality with imagination, Zoot Suit brings to life Luis Valdez's celebrated play, centered on the true events of the Sleepy Lagoon murder and the ensuing zoot suit riots in 1940s Los Angeles. Henry Reyna, a young Mexican-American, finds himself unjustly imprisoned in San Quentin, accused of a murder he didn't commit.
