Don't Knock The Rock (1956)
Plot
Rock-and-roll sensation Arnie Haynes comes back to his hometown, where he’s celebrated by local teens. Unfortunately, the mayor and other authority figures deem his music a harmful influence, prohibiting him from performing. Undeterred, Arnie teams up with disc jockey Alan Freed and rock legends like Bill Haley and the Comets, along with Little Richard, to change perceptions. Their mission is to demonstrate that rock and roll can be a positive force rather than the threat the adults believe it to be, igniting a spirited clash between generations.
