Plot
Ex-Union Colonel John Henry Thomas and ex-Confederate Colonel James Langdon traverse a war-ravaged Mexico post-Civil War, each guiding distinct groups. Thomas is delivering horses to the struggling Mexican government, while Langdon leads displaced southerners seeking refuge after losing everything to opportunistic carpetbaggers. As they navigate treacherous terrain, both men must confront their past animosities and unite against bandits and revolutionaries threatening their journey. Their alliance becomes crucial as they strive to protect their families and forge a new beginning amidst chaos and conflict.
