Plot

Billy Wong, a tough New York City cop, faces a personal tragedy when his partner is killed in a robbery. Teaming up with new partner Danny Garoni, they find themselves on security duty at a fashion show when Laura Shapiro, the daughter of a wealthy businessman, is abducted. Federal agents suspect her father may have ties to Mr. Ko, a notorious drug lord from Hong Kong. To uncover the truth, the NYC police commissioner dispatches Billy and Danny to Hong Kong, leading them into a perilous investigation filled with danger and intrigue.
