Plot

Wealthy Michael Reston's wife, Charleen, returns home after a reckless night, her tattered dress barely covering her. The aftermath leads to a murder that rocks their lives. J.G. Blane, a prominent New York defense attorney whose own marriage is faltering, arrives in Desert View, Nevada, only to face hostility from the locals and the influential Sheriff Hoak.
