Plot
Two bodies are discovered in an upscale Los Angeles home, leading police to focus on Carolyn Walker, the wife of one of the victims. To unravel the mystery, Dr. Ellis, a hypnotherapist, helps Carolyn explore her past while detectives listen in, revealing a troubling history of spousal abuse. As sessions progress, Carolyn grapples with the reliability of her repressed memories. Following the trial, her mental state deteriorates despite Dr. Ellis’s continued support.
