The Girls of Pleasure Island (1953)

Plot

As World War II nears its end in spring 1945, Roger Halyard, a proper Englishman, resides on a remote South Sea atoll with his three daughters—Gloria, Hester, and Violet—and their devoted housekeeper, Thelma, who has cared for them since childhood. Their secluded life is disrupted when Roger learns that 1,500 U.S. Marines are set to arrive to construct an air base. Concerned about his daughters, who have never encountered another man, he fears the consequences of their sudden exposure to the exuberant soldiers who have been deprived of female company for months.
