Plot
Inspired by the true experiences of Vietnam veteran Paul Staples, this film follows the harrowing tale of six American Green Berets who endure 17 years in a Vietnamese POW camp. Their clandestine release occurs during sensitive negotiations between the U.S. and Vietnam. Captain Tom Watkins, the leader of the ex-prisoners, grows increasingly wary of Adam Roth, the government official overseeing their debriefing. As suspicions mount, Watkins fears that Roth may have ulterior motives that could threaten the lives of him and his comrades.
