Plot

Police sergeants Johnson and McManus delve into the underbelly of Los Angeles, targeting a ring of con artists. At the center is Tony Wells, who aims to swindle wealthy widow Jessica Royce by establishing a fake paranormal group. This band of fraudsters orchestrates deceitful seances to convince Jessica that she is receiving messages from her deceased son. As the scheme spirals into violence, resulting in murder, Johnson and McManus race against time to dismantle the operation and prevent further bloodshed.
