Plot

Andrea, a talented young violinist from Krakow, is en route to America when a fierce storm throws him overboard. The Widdington sisters, Ursula and Janet, find the dashing stranger washed up on the shore near their home and take him in to recover. However, Andrea's extraordinary musical abilities and charming presence begin to unsettle the sisters' tranquil existence and the close-knit community around them, leading to unexpected changes and challenges in their lives.
