Plot
Tommy finds himself in a rough New York neighborhood dominated by the violent Souls gang while awaiting his next seafaring assignment. Despite his efforts to steer clear of trouble, he becomes entangled in a fierce confrontation with the gang. As he stands up to the Souls, Tommy not only challenges their aggression but also inspires his fearful neighbors to reclaim their strength and assert themselves. Through his bravery, he sparks a shift in the community's spirit, transforming their outlook in the face of adversity.
