Plot
Detective Ray Nettles of San Francisco is thrust into a perilous situation alongside his partner, Fuzzy, as they confront a notorious terrorist group. Tensions escalate when they apprehend Claire Manning, a brilliant scientist affiliated with the gang. Swan, the ruthless leader, threatens to unleash chaos by detonating bombs across the city unless Claire is freed. Faced with the imminent threat of violence, Nettles enlists the expertise of explosives specialist Frank Glass to thwart Swan's deadly plans and ensure the safety of the city. Time is running out, and the stakes couldn't be higher.
