Plot

Toshi, a Japanese man navigating life in America, serves with the New York City police force. When given the chance to go undercover, he targets a notorious gang led by Hawk. As Toshi develops a friendship with Hawk, tensions rise due to Tito, Hawk's wary second-in-command, who doubts Toshi's loyalty.
