Mission: Impossible (1966)

Episode Overview

Gregory Tolan heads an underground group that conducts bank heists, using the stolen funds to support a revolution in America. His enigmatic backer, Jonathan Brace, oversees similar operations across the country. The IMF is tasked with uncovering Brace's identity and capturing him. Phelps goes undercover as a demolition expert, while Dana poses as his insider at Tolan's next target. Their goal is to ensure that Tolan successfully robs the bank without drawing police attention, ultimately leading them to Brace. When Jim intervenes to prevent Tolan from harming Willy, who is disguised as a clerk, the police are alerted, forcing Tolan’s crew to hide. Jim retrieves a car equipped with a listening device since Brace isn’t coming to them. Paris and guest agent Grace pose as the homeowners, while Dana and Tolan leave with the cash on Brace's orders. Jim prevents the hostages from being harmed, and they follow Tolan to Brace, ultimately capturing both men.
