Episode Overview
In San Pascal, Premier Miguel Fuego and his nephew Ramone have covertly agreed to an arms treaty with a Communist nation, allowing nuclear missiles to be stationed in their country aimed at the U.S. The IMF's mission is to unveil this treaty before the missiles are deployed. Paris fabricates a story that Ramone's father was murdered by Miguel, claiming that Paris' own father, locked away in the now-closed Madrena Prison, can confirm this. The IMF orchestrates Ramone's arrest for the staged murder and has Paris impersonate his character's father, who insists a diary will validate his allegations. After Ramone escapes and reunites with young Paris' character, he is led to believe that the diary is hidden with his deceased father, Victorio. Meanwhile, Barney and Doug discreetly replace Victorio's body with a wax figure while evading the guards and plant a diary indicating that Miguel had Victorio lobotomized.
