Episode Overview
Armand Anderssarian, an illegal arms dealer, is on the verge of finalizing a multi-million dollar deal to supply weapons to guerrilla factions worldwide, prompting the IMF to intervene. Jim devises a scheme to pose as someone planning to steal a secret radar system, with Anderssarian backing him with $5 million through Minister Sartori, who intends to sell the radar for $20 million. However, Anderssarian loses that money to Paris, aided by Barney, during a poker game. The IMF stages a fake raid on a radar facility, watched closely by Anderssarian's aide, Leon. The equipment turns out to be worthless, leading Sartori to demand reimbursement. When Anderssarian fails to pay up, Sartori takes matters into his own hands.
