Episode Overview
Shanks and Blake, members of the Syndicate, are orchestrating a transfer of $10 million to the mainland to fuel their loan shark operations. The IMF is determined to thwart this expansion. In Hawaii, a mission goes awry when Willy gets captured and delivered to Dr. Matier, who administers a dangerously potent truth serum. To rescue Willy and complete their objective, Casey sedates Shanks to persuade him to assist the IMF in stealing the money, while Jim poses as a mainland Syndicate operative to approach Blake. The IMF makes it look like Shanks has vanished, leading Blake to believe his partner betrayed him. When Casey revives Shanks, Jim confronts him, and Casey's staged “confession” seems to seal their fate. Just then, Syndicate member Barney pretends to shoot Jim and Casey, and the arrival of Bolt confuses the situation further. He takes them all to Willy, hoping he can clarify things, but Willy manages to escape.
