Episode Overview
The IMF is on a mission to gather evidence that Sam Dexter, the head of the Syndicate, killed his girlfriend Vicki. Currently incarcerated for tax evasion, Dexter's mysterious accomplice, known as The General, continues to siphon off millions. Prosecutor Jim presents Mimi, an eyewitness who can confirm Dexter was at the crime scene. When Dexter sends his enforcer Murdock, the IMF substitutes him with guest-agent Jack, leading to a staged accident that implicates The General. Meanwhile, Dexter's corrupt D.A., Reynolds, ends up arresting himself. Despite this, Dexter remains unyielding. He coerces fellow inmate Barney into helping him escape to confront The General, planning to eliminate both. However, the IMF intervenes just in time to thwart his deadly intentions.
