Plot

Amidst rising tensions in a fading Cold War, a group of Soviet insurgents launches a nuclear warhead that devastates Donetsk, Ukraine. This catastrophic event ignites a frantic scramble among American and Soviet leaders to avert a full-scale nuclear disaster. As the U.S. president struggles to maintain control over military and political responses, chaos ensues among his anxious advisors.
