Plot

In "Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie," the merciless Bison, head of the global terrorist group Shadowlaw, is on a relentless quest to find the ultimate fighter. His search leads him to Ryu, a nomadic martial artist who evades capture. Instead, Bison targets Ken Masters, an American fighter and Ryu's childhood friend and training partner. Simultaneously, Major Guile of the U.S. Army allies with Chun Li from China, determined to bring Bison to justice and dismantle his criminal empire once and for all. Their paths collide in an epic showdown of skill and determination.
